Traditional lines BHB-H, BHB-A, BHB-PC, BHB-O : technical characteristics

 
 - Structure in Finnish phenolic birch panels / Russian phenolic conipher, 7 - 9,5 mm thick.
 -

Sectionning of panels and assembling with stiches and glue. Cut technique of the lid with a special instrument so that we can obtain wood veins parallel to the ones of the body, avoiding any kind of wood-movement ( humidity or whatsoever ) and inalterate the Aluminium profiles, permits a perfect open/close action.

 - External covering in plastoc laminate anti-scratch HPL class 1 or aluminium.
 - Internal covering to prevent any kind of damage, like Plastazote, Polietilene, Ethafoam with thickness of 5 to 100 mm.
 - Structural profiles in aluminium ( L 35x 35- 2,3 mm thick or L 30x30 ),1,2 mm thick.
 - Rivets “MULTIFAR” .
 - Side handles in INOX steel or in galvanized steel.
 - Closures in INOX steel , nichel steel, cromed steel.
 - Fixing rings and lifting rings,  optional.
 - Out bursting valves by Zero Corp. , optional.
 - Indicator of humidity, optional. 
 - Identifying plates in aluminium, optional.
 - Document pockets, optional. 
 - Optional shelves in Finnish birch panels, 12 to 18 mm thick, adjustable in height.
 - Roll-out drawers if wished, planned and installed according to the client, at his charge. 
 -  Optional pallet in alluminum or single supports for unloading/loading with lift.
